Custom software

Custom web application development

Since 2009 we have been delivering custom web application development and bespoke software for businesses: B2B portals, internal systems, admin panels and SaaS platforms. End to end – from analysis and UX, through development and integrations, to rollout, maintenance and growth.

When a company needs a custom application

Off-the-shelf software works as long as the company’s processes are standard. As the business grows, compromises appear: spreadsheets next to the system, data moved by hand, missing features, and licences paid for modules nobody uses.

A custom application is designed around your company’s processes. It organises the work of entire departments, brings together data from different systems and gives you an advantage that no tool available to all your competitors can provide. You develop it at your own pace, and the code and data stay under your control.

We build business systems for companies in many industries – from logistics and automotive, through healthcare, to finance – and for years we have been delivering solutions that have to be reliable, secure and fast.

Signs it is time for bespoke software

  • Key processes run in spreadsheets and email.
  • Data has to be moved between systems by hand.
  • Off-the-shelf software forces you to change the way you work.
  • You need a portal for customers or partners (B2B).
  • The company wants to build its own SaaS product.
Scope

Bespoke software – what we build

We design applications that grow with the company – with security, performance and long-term maintainability in mind.

Business systems

Internal systems that organise departmental work: managing orders, projects, resources, documents and reporting.

B2B portals

Portals for customers, distributors and partners: orders, documents, complaints, statuses and communication in one place.

SaaS platforms

We design and build SaaS products with multi-tenancy, roles, payments and a scalable architecture.

Admin panels and dashboards

Admin panels and dashboards presenting data from multiple systems in a clear way.

Integrations

We connect the application to ERP, CRM, WMS, payment and banking systems via APIs and microservices.

AI in the application

We build in AI features: assistants, document processing, semantic search and automated decisions.

Process

How we build web applications

We work in short, agile iterations. At every stage you know what is being built, what it costs and when it will be ready.

  1. Free consultation

We discuss goals, processes and expectations and give an initial view of which solution makes sense.

  2. Analysis and quote

We refine requirements, propose an architecture and prepare a quote split into stages, with the option to start with an MVP.

  3. UX/UI design

We design the interface around users’ tasks and validate it with your team before development.

  4. Development in sprints

We develop in two-week sprints with regular demos of working features.

  5. Rollout and growth

We launch the system, train users, provide maintenance and develop the application with your business.

Technologies

Custom application technologies

We build backends in Python, Java, Node.js or PHP and frontends in React or Angular. Data is stored in PostgreSQL, MariaDB or MS SQL Server, and applications run in containers on Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or your own infrastructure. Automated tests and CI/CD ensure quality.

Example use case

A service order management system for a field service company

A field service company takes orders by phone and email, plans technicians’ work in a spreadsheet and receives visit reports as photos and notes. Managers have no up-to-date view of what is happening.

The custom web application covers order intake, technician scheduling, a mobile app for visit reports and a customer portal with ticket statuses. The system is integrated with the ERP for invoicing, and a dashboard shows team workload and on-time delivery.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom application cost?

It depends on the scope of features, the number of integrations and security requirements. After the consultation and analysis we prepare a quote split into stages, so you can start with an MVP and grow the system step by step.

How long does it take to build a web application?

We usually deliver the first working version (MVP) within 2–4 months. Larger enterprise systems are delivered in stages, in two-week sprints.

Will we receive the application source code?

Rights and code transfer are agreed in the contract. We design applications so that the company keeps control over the solution and its data.

Can the application be integrated with our ERP?

Yes. We integrate applications with ERP, CRM, WMS, payment and banking systems via APIs, databases or event queues.

Do you provide maintenance and further development?

Yes. After launch we provide maintenance, monitoring, an SLA and ongoing development of the application.
